The factory management is
sub-divided into a few divisions which inclusive of the  Administration, Purchasing, Store, Shipping and Delivery , Technical Support, Laboratory, Color Matching and Production. The operation process started from the Shipping and Delivery Division as delivery schedule set up to meet customer orders. Stocks, which are ready made, would be sent out for deliveries by the transport provider or company's lorry driver. Lab chemist will take place when there is a new product order ( for special effect or finishing requirement ). They will develop a formula for lacquer or color and applied it on the wood or other substrate. This substrate will go through several international standard testing method to ensure consistently highest standard of products quality. Every new product will be giving a unique name or number, and one Product Formula Form will be created for recording and will past to Production Department when they start the production process.  The raw material that we using in production process were come from the sources throughout the world to obtain the most superior quality and lowest cost for raw material. This help us to ensure that our customers have meet the total satisfaction and cost-effective from our products. Our company has put a huge capital investment for up-to date machinery to cut down the production process time but obtain the premium quality so that our customer can enjoy faster delivery of good and made their business arrangement more flexible.
